Our Story

As arts leaders and practitioners with over 30 years professional experience each, we have always committed ourselves 100% to the organizations and communities we serve, working in a wide array of arts disciplines as well as in the funding and political realms.

As partners, we led California Shakespeare Theater through a period of extraordinary financial and creative growth, and since then, we have continued to serve as fully engaged and committed partners with whomever we have worked.

Now we are committing ourselves to partner with arts, cultural, civic and educational organizations throughout the greater Bay Area to help our vital but fragile ecosystem not only to survive, but to thrive.

We know that organizations need more than mere consultation when it comes to solving complex issues or achieving campaigns.

They need partners, and that is who we are.  We bring our full selves, our experience, our passion, and our creativity to help achieve impactful results through a range of services.
